Solar Battery Charger

I want to be able to put a solar panel on to a battery charger to charge batteries but I'm not sure how. Any ideas? Any sites where I could buy parts?

I would look for those sort of things from Australia as they have more sun than most countries. Fill out a search panel on google "Dick Smith Electronics" youll find a search panel on site. But I guess you may find a better source but they do have a lot of solar panels. 8)
