smd hall information

Where can i find datasheet or any information about
smd 4 pin hall effect sensor.There is a number 120 on it
that i can read.I found it on CD rom brushless 3-phase DC motor.

It is hard to find datasheet because I only have this number
so that datashheet web pages return hundreds of results.
I suspect that this number is only a part of its name.

its probably a bipolar latching hall switch ... pins would be Vcc, Gnd and Out, the fourth is probably N/C. four pins is strange though... most of the ones I've worked with are 3 pin TO92 or 5 pin SOT23

Diodes Inc has a LOT of hall switches too, they just bought some other semi manuf that has made them for a long time
