Hellow people any one have an idea circuit which can be used in car 12v to charger a regular smartphone,
- the circuit should be handy(no heat seank required)
-the circuit should have minimum and available parts(transistors, zenerdiodes, resitors, common ics)
-lastly it should be reliable

A cell phone has a charger circuit inside that is powered from 5VDC at a few hundred mA. There are some switching 5V regulators available that look like a 7805 linear regulator but they do not need a heatsink.

Yea but if there is one wich can be home made available parts .
My consurne is that regular car has 12v and tend to have large anount of current .
So the circuit should be able to work at this condition for a long time

You can already buy them for VERY little money, it's pointless making your own.

The current the car battery is capable of has no bearing on the situation, as long as it's capable of providing more than required (which it is, by a huge margin).

Why do you want to charge a phone for a long time? The Lithium battery charger circuit will detect when the battery is fully charged then it will disconnect and draw NO current anymore.
