Does anyone know where to buy a 100pF polarized capacitor?
(I found it in a schematic, but I don't know if it really excist)

It doesn't, and why would you want a polarised capacitor anyway? - polarised capacitors are a big drawback, not an advantage.

I would suggest it's either 100pF non-polarised, or 100uF polarised, which should be instantly obvious from how it's being used - if not, post the circuit, or a link to it.
