Single supply rail to rail opamp needed

I need an opamp with the following features:

- Single supplied
- Vcc = 5V
- Rail to rail operation
- Bad frequency response (as bad as 741)
- Must be easily found in local market

The opamp will work as a low pass filter (butterworth, fc=1kHz).

Can you name an opamp satisfying these features?
