sine wave to square wave conversion circuit

I want to design a circuit to get square wave output for sine wave input signal and amlitude of sive input signal is +/- 15V which i want to clamp to 0-5V how i can achieve this pls. help

A comparator IC, types LM339 ,LM393, LM311 would give the output required for low to medium sine wave frequencies.
