Can you turn off the dots that are all over your schematic?
Your microphone signal is 4V p-p which is nearly 800 times too high. Turn down the level. It is saturating and cutting off the oscillator transistor which might change its frequency.
Stray capacitance of the parts and their wires nearly double the amount of total capacitance in this very high frequency circuit that your calculations do not account for so of course the actual frequency is much lower than calculated. It won't work if you make it on a breadboard, a compact pcb or stripboard must be used.
