M mol89 New Member Mar 4, 2011 #1 hi, im trying to simulate a 100MHz VCO on LT Spice using varactor diodes instead of a variable capacitor but cant get it to work! Im using a SMV1236 diode and BFR93A transistor which i think are suitable. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
