simpliest led flasher

is there a chip that is made for flashing a led maybe a 1 or 2hz, i would like no external component (no capacitor, resistor) just the ic and the led
or what would be the simpliest way using transistor and resistor capacitor
or using an one op-amp (lm358)

it don't need to be adjustable
