so i have a bunch of old eeproms and 2 mb ram IC's that sit there.

also i have an old mac centris 610 and everything on it i can take and use as parts so anyone have ideas on the old parts used from it then shoot.

haha ya i could but i want to do something a little more cooler!

i also have a serial lcd from a cell phone (i smell coolness) i also have a touchscreen/ normal screen from a ds the ds itself and the cpu of it and the 20mhz cpu from the mac

CPUs like the Mac or PC use require a fair amout of "glue" logic. Microcontrollers tend to have it built in, but you're unlikely to find a reprogrammable microcontroller inside your Mac. (although they're commonly used in mice, keyboards, monitors, modems...)
