Where are the capacitors used and what is the voltage?
 
Switch maybe?

Or are you concerned about switch pop, in which case?

If you use two .047µF caps in parallel and put a switch in series with one of them, you can switch between .047µF and .094µF (close to 0.1µF) without ever opening the circuit and causing a pop.
