I am in need of SI-3033A and JRC 7805A Voltage regulators. I have looked around but can't find any where I can buy single ones or even less then 10. I would love to know where I could possibly buy some from.

The 7805 regulator probably isn't readily available in single quantities because most suppliers prefer any individual transaction to be worth more than 25 cents.
