Hi everybody,
While connecting an 80gb seagate hard disc by mistake i placed it on a metal part and its one small IC burned out.... Again i tried to connect the hard disc with all safety, but it started to get heated... So is there any way to access data in that hard disc since no damage to magnetic part? Somewhere i read, using 8051
one can use hard disc as a MP3 player? Do anybody got its circuit? And one more thing , burnt part
is not exactly IC, it has only two terminals and i think it may be IC fabricated resistor or fuse something. And sorry I cant read anything written on that small part since its burnt completely...
