need mauals for LG LCD Television Model #23XL1RV-MC, tv took static shock and now turns on by itself and scrolls nonstop. Help

I entered that model number into Google and didn't find so much as a single hit. First time I have EVER had Google return "Your search - 23XL1RV-MC - did not match any documents." You're pretty much dead in the water.
