I have a Personal Computer (KMD6) with only one serial port which is used for mouse. I want one more serial port for connecting data cable (internet).
How I can change parallel port into serial port? or other options if any?
Thanks in advance. :!:

sound like you need parallel to serial convertor, so take a look at website which I googled them

**broken link removed**

Is that what you look for??

You can usually buy a $5 mouse that comes with a PS/2 to USB adaptor. With a mouse, it is as simple as connecting the wires, but I don't have any open right now, and I don't fell like slicing one of those converters right now.

you can:
1. get usb mouse and that will free your com port.
2. get extra rs2332 card
3. gert usb<>rs232 converter
4. forget the whole thing and use ethernet

i didn't see dialup internet connection in about 8 years and
i would still like to see my cable go 10...30 times faster.
i just can't think of going back to dialup.
