Hi. I am looking for ultrasonic sensors to be used for my graduation project (an OUTDOOR autonomous vehicle). I was a reading about the SRF08 and it seems very suitable except it says it's not suited for outdoor applications. :cry:
Does anyone know of any sensors that can be used outdoors reliably and detect obstacles up to 5-6 meters at least? I am desperate here. (price is not a big problem as the project is being funded). Thanks a lot.
