Selector Circuit

I need to construct a selector circuit with 2 inputs and 4 outputs. The 2 inputs will be 2 momentary switches. When I press SW-1 it will select output 1, if I press again SW-1 it will select Output 2 and successively until output 4; if I press input SW-2 it will go back again from 4 output to 1 sequentially. So is like this SW-1 Output 1,2,3,4 and back with SW-2 Output 4,3,2,1.
The output will be 12v signals, which signal will activate 3 relays where the 4 output will be the off position but that part will be easy. Any advice or suggestion
