After troubleshooting unit for a while,I finally got it to work. A previous technician had put the Irf 830 in backwards and it did not power up.I tried putting the 6.8 volt zener diode across r813 and r815 but it did not power up in either direction.I do not want to put this unit back in operation without this protection diode in the circuit. Any response would be appreciated.
