Schottky limiter temp compensation

Hi there

I am trying to find a good solution to the following problem. I am using a schottky diode limiter arrangement within an oscillator feedback loop to limit the gain to unity during steady-state operation. The problem is that the forward voltage drop of the diodes vary with temperature, resulting in what is essentially AM noise on the oscillation.

Simply put, I need a circuit which will probably include the same schottky diode to apply a bias to the limiter diode, which will offset (reverse) the voltage change over temperature.

I have attached a simple schematic to illustrate the situation.

Does anyone have any experience with a similar problem or any ideas?

Your help will be greatly appreciated!
