School Project - EMG measurement and misc ..HELP...!

Hi folks, I am a newbie on this.

I am trying to construct a simple circuit to measure the EMG, but so far all i got now is noise. any suggestions?

Also, how can i replace a push button with an electronic switch (relay?)?
the input signal is a pulse from an altera board, high = push, low = release.

What's EMG?. Also post your circuit, so we can see what might be wrong.

Just connect the relay contacts in place of the switch (if you wanted to use a relay), or you could just use a transistor - but your question is far too vague, you need to give exact details of what you require.

What is your objective ? Are you trying to use an EMG signal to activate
something ?
Please provide more information.
