I'm trying to design a schmitt trigger with positive and negative threshold of +15mV and -15mV, (V-high and V-low respectively). I'm planning on using the LM319N IC for its comparators. I have a cct that works well at kHz frequencies (in LTspice), but I don't get the outputs I want when working in the Mhz frequency range. I'm looking for some advice on how to modify my design or which commercial schmitt triggers to look at.

The LM319 isn't fast enough for 10 Mhz. Try the sim with the LT1721.
