Draw them in what?.

You could draw them with any art package?.

Assuming you mean in a specific progam for drawing circuit diagrams you can usually define your own components, but again, it's specific to each particular program.

I defined my own for 8, 18, 28, and 40 pin PIC's and for an LCD text module - using sPlan 5.0.
