saving value without eeprom PIC16F72?

Hi friends,
i want to save a 8 bit value during runtime in my project I'm using PIC16F72 & i cannot include any external eeprom(or any other component) in my circuit.
Is it possible to use flash memory during runtime for this purpose?

You cannot write flash memory in the 16F72. You could switch to the pin compatible 16F872.
