Hi.
We have two RX3000 Alarm Receivers and have recently changed our Alarm management Software to a different provider.
When we run the ENAI Software, we do not have the log-in details for the units - obviously the previous provider had changed them (We have tried the defaults 2**** and 1**** without success).
We have requested they release the old passwords to us but they will not co-operate.
Is there any way of defaulting the log-in on the units without altering the configuration on the units?
