RMT Chair prototype - need help to develop Real Time RMT Chair

Hi all,

I'm planning to design a wheelchair with the following features,

1. Joystick Controlled Wheelchair
2. Toilet Seating Provision
3. Height Lifting Chair
4. Leg and Hand Muscle Stimulation
5. Leg Exercise (Stretching)

I have named this chair as Rehabilitation Mobility Toilet Seating Positioned chair - RMT Chair.

I have attached the Prototype of this chair.

Can anyone of you help me to Develop this RMT chair in Real Time. I need to know the method which could best suit this chair and provided it should be cost effective too.
