RF combiner help

It combines two RF sources into a single RF output without reflecting any power back to the sources. In practice a small amount may be reflected back to the sources but a return loss of 25 dB is not at all uncommon.
 
Also as I recall they are rather pricey and cover only a specific smallish range of frequencies.

The ARRL Handbook for Radio Amateur's, published annually, has some nice explanations. If my memory is correct they also provide guidance on building one - at least in some editions.
