hey people im new here . ive got question for any of you motor smart people . i need to reverse the direction of my capacitor start 1/2 horse ac motor thanx in advance

Interchange connection od field winding or start wing. Simply just Change one of the winding connection.

is the start wing accessible in the capacitor hump?

No. You'll have to remove the end shields ("end shield" is the official term used by Emerson Electric) to access the wiring.

with a three phase induction motor just reversing two of the three phases will reverse the direction of the motor. i mean if the phase sequence is ABC then if you interchange B and C and make it ACB, the direction of the motor will be reversed
