Resistor value

what is the value of this resistor? Is it 0,56 ohm 5%?

I think the 4th band is the tolerance as usual.
Is this in a charger?

It´s on a treadmill controller, switching power supply side.

Third band is tolerance, 5%. Fourth band is temperature coefficient.

Aha, ok I, its just I replaced one recently on a lipo charger.

No problem with my help, I frequent this forum to do just that, the more you fix the less you'll need.
And I'm a fairly keen boater myself, I find in the boating lark especially house boat owners once they know you can do stuff work starts comming in, I just do the odd job to stay known.
