Basically a simple rectifier and smoothing capacitor feeding the relay is all you need, but it depends on the output power and impedance of the amplifier.
oh .i used to design this schematic ,I was successful
i designes 2 modul RF ,transmitter and receiver
you have to design a MCU circuit which turn on ,turn off relay.( use opto and transitor )
I think it is not difficult
