M michaelD New Member Dec 28, 2008 #1 Hello, I'm trying to find a transistor to replace C546B. I'm new to this, and the online stores don't seem to give many specs for the transistors. What I think know about this transistor (from an online datasheet) is: V(CEO) = 65V V(CBO) = 80V V(EBO) = 6V I(C) = 100mA I(C-max) = 200mA h(FE) = 110(min)-450(max) Power dissipation is somewhere in the range 150-500mW. Any help would be much appreciated.
