Regulator 5v 6v 9v

i have 12v car battery
how i use Regulator 5v 6v 9v

i use GL 7806 , its 6v but 2A , how i drop Amp

sorry my english is very bad
 
Check the datasheet for the LM317. You can set the output voltage to 5,6 or 9V by correct selection of 2 resistors.

Your English is good. You have no problem with a 2A regulator, you can take only 1A or 0.25A from it with no problem.
This is like a car with a BIG engine. You can drive it very slow if you want.
