Dear All,

Liquid flow sensor - 1Khz - 10Khz
Voltage - 0 -> +5v

Does anyone know how to convert a square wave into a DC
signal.

I think a diode connected to a simple Low Pass Filter would suffice??

How do you calculate the value of R and C???

Is the capacitor is charged from the source through a resistor???

Does the capacitor discharge discharge through the load????

Finally does anyone know the formulas involved??

YOUR INPUT IS ALWAYS VALUED!

Well I'm not sure what your trying to accomplish but the way that is most standard is to use an A/D converter, 8-10-12 bit ( the higher the Bits the greater the resolution ) The higher the clock speed the more samples per second. Describe what your constraints are , that would help.
