rc car controlled by computer

i need some help about the methods to programming a pic16f877a. for your information, i used serial cable as an interface that is linked between the computer and pic16f877a circuit that act as a switch to control the rf circuit allowing the motion of rc car. for programming i use c language.
please help me by giving any example of programs..
