Rc bldc motor stator shorted or not

I re-winded a rc bldc motor (12pol) with 26AWG wire (15 turns per pol).
After finishing the winding I measured resistance with multimeter to check if there is any short circuit.
what i found are:
-R between same phase ends is less then 1 ohm
-R between one phase to another is around 50 ohm
-R between phase end to stator is around 30 ohm.

I'm confused whether it is because of short circuit or Electromagnetic induction caused by power coming from multimeter!!
According to my knowledge (which is not much) if stator/ Phases are shorted the resistance should be much less, ie. close to that of the same phase ends. And if not shorted there should not be any measurement value on the multimeter.

Can anyone please help me to understand this situation.
