Ratiomatic Hall effect Device

Hi Guys i want ton use a Honeywell Ratiomatic Hall effect sensor to measure DC current. If I wind a few turns around the toroidal will I get better sensitivity or does it not work like that.

Yes. Look at the "product specifications": Sensitivity = 32.7 mV N* ± 3.0 @ 8 Vdc
N*=number of turns
