Hello,
I Found phase sign o/ 10mm in screw driver electric one what that mean.
what is the this sign for?
 
A slashed zero is often used to represent "Diameter".

+1, I agree the 0 with a slash through it usually represents Dia, In this case I would assume it is the max chuck dia.

Or U+2300 ⌀
 
Maybe I should have said the more commonly used signal in documentation to indicate amount of phases.;)
