random rolling of 2 die

hi guys!

i need an emergent help in my project design!
i have to design the random rolling of 2 dies and display them to 2 seven segment LED,
moreover, i have to design a seqeuntial cct that checks whether the current pair is identical to the previous pair

i am open to any advice!

You should use pic-chips. They can be programed via computer to display a random number when a button is pressed
