Hi guys i'm designing a wireless underwater system for diver communications, i was just wondering if there was a typical output voltage range from a microphone so that i can smack that into my calculations for my voltage to frequency converter. I'd really appreciate it if someone could get back to me.

Cheers

Stuart

a hydrophone provides about .3 volts max (at the word "FOUR"- "FOUR" has been found to provide the high vibrations at normal voice levels), however, hydrophones are very expensive.
