[Question] Ask for passive component equivalents

By internet, I found a schematics that I want to realise. However, I have done some searches over the internet and found that these components do not exist any more in the market. So I ask you folks for equivalents:
- Light sensor: TIL81
- PIN-Type Photodiode: TIL100

In addition, there're two components that I do not find by googling them:
- Thermistor NTC type: Q63045
- Themistor PTC type: Q63100

Would you please help me?

By the way, can you recommend me some electronic component distributors in EU (in France in particular) that I can buy these components
