Question about Fuse - 250V MZ

Hello everyone.
I have an old Olympus Microscope.
The lighting module blew a fuse, on the fuse it says:
250V MZ
Any ideas which fuse amper I should get ?

Post a pic of the fuse and dimensions.
Lamp model or number if known. Watts/Volts.
Is the fuse on the primary or secondary.

These are basically the little variable AC power supplies that run each lamp?
Ypu might have to wait a day or so before you can post pictures using go advanced/manage attachments.
