Question about ACDC Electronics ETV 251 Power Supply

I needed a power supply with +/- 12V and +5V outputs. I picked up a ACDC Electronics ETV 251 Power Supply.

It has five terminals, OUT+, COM, OUT-, OUT+ and OUT- (yes two pairs labeled the same).

With a voltmeter, I figured the first three are +12-GND- -12 the second two are +5-GND.

If I measure from 5V GND to the +12 or -12 or from +5 to COM I read nothing.

I will need the grounds to be common (5V running a processor with ADC on board, and +/-12 running some analog opamp circuitry feeding into the ADC). Can I just tie the 5V GND terminal (the second OUT-) to the 12V GND terminal (COM)?

I read no voltage between the grounds (I had tested that at first, but forgot to post it). I just tested the resistance and read open circuit.

Exactly.

You just need to connect the two COMmon terminals together.

The manufacturer made two isolated PSUs in one box.
Some applications may need the 5v supply to be isolated from the 12v supply. For whatever reason.
