PWM running in 90-100 V DC

Dear All,

I have made a PWM circuit using AVR microcontroller running under 5 VDC supply and of course the PWM output voltage is also running well in 5 VDC.
And now I want to make it running under 90 - 100 VDC.
Does anybody can help me how to make an interface for PWM output from my AVR (5 VDC) to become 90-100 VDC PWM output ?
Note : the PWM output ground must have a same ground with the AVR microcontroller.
