ps2 keyboard interfacing

Hello every one...
I have problem during the keyboard interfacing.Actually I m interfacing pc keyboard to microcontroller 89c52. so 89c52 will work as keyboard controller. I have designed that one end of mcu is interface with Keyboard and other is to pc via rs-232 but instead of that i want interface pc via PS2 port... so how will it be???
If anyone knows plz help me...

why are you interfacing MCU to PC via RS232...you can create a PS2 emulator at the PC..by implementing PS2 protocol...ve done it for my final year engg project
