i want to design the alert led circuit for sleep mode gadggets like mobile when in charging but charged completly and laptop when sleep mode and TV when switch off by remote please give me

I don't quite understand what you want to do... you want to have a circuit that lets you know when your phone is charged? What about the laptop and TV?
