i am building a a circuit that takes 120vac and inverts it to 9v+ and 9v-.Then it supplies the power to a electronic thermometer circuit. When this circuit sees -30 temperature it has 0mA, and at 120 f it has a reading of 1mA. What i want to do is at different temperatures turn on a 120v power supply. Like at 0mA the voltage says on 100% of the time, and at say .5mA it stays on for 50% of the time. Can anyone help me with the rest of my circuit.
