project box panel design

hello

Cutting square holes and making the pcb align to the front panel of a project box can be a bit tricky.
I wonder if anyone can recomend a company that can manufature small batches of project box front panels?

has anyone done this before?

Dave from eevblog uses PCB as a front panel, so that might not be a bad idea if you can get good looking boards reasonably cheap in small amounts.

very interesting idea. so thats what he did with his micro current tester, he had surface mount the one side! ahh, clever.
