hey
i have 3 pic12f683 and i can't program them
i have read that these PICs have ICSP
what that means? i cannot program them with a normal programmer?
i have a home-made programmer that works for others PICs (tested only with pic1684a and pic16f628a). where i can find what programming voltage (to mclr) these pic's have?

The 84 and 628 are ICSP as well!, it means 'In Circuit SerialProgramming'.

Does your programmer software support the 12F683?, I can't say it's one I've heard of?.

i didn't find a software that support... but i selected pic16f83 with 512 memory like the 12f683

A pic16 and a pic12 use a totally diffirent core.
It's likely their programming methods aren't the same.

There are many totally different programming algorithyms used, the 12F683 is really poorly named, as it's a 16F series chip (as is the 12F675), but you can't just use another model at random - it needs to be the correct one, or at least one which uses the identical algorithym.
