What about it? Are you trying to find one? Are you trying to build one? Are you trying to find manuals? Theory of operation?

Be more specific. You're not helping yourself at all.
 
Based on the quality of your questions so far I suggest you go find or buy a flash chip programmer for these or similar devices. Just searching for the chip type I found a few threads where someone has done it.
