Programmable touch screen... Where can I buy one?

I'm looking for a touch screen that can be programmed to suit custom needs. A dozen or so IO pins would be very handy as well. Can anyone make any recommendations as to where I should even begin looking? Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks

This displays provide alot of IO ports, and they have serveral different verison

you could also take a look around ebay, ive seen a few listed on there now and then
