problem with therister switching plz guide me urgent

i want to use the BT136 to control the bulb of 100W 220AC Volt.the problem is the bulb is dimming and i also got only 100 volt across the bulb.

the therister can not pass the 220 volt fully.
i want to get the 220 volt across bulb.

see the schemetic in attcehment
